Simonclaridge.com is managed and operated by Henley Art Publishing Ltd, a company registered in England under registration number 13602905. All payments will be made through Henley Art Publishing Ltd and will appear like this on your statement.

Privacy policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Delivery Policy

Artwork purchased directly through the checkout on our website has a subsidised delivery charge.

Simonclaridge.com aims to provide an efficient and reliable dispatch service. All orders are sent from our dedicated studio in the UK. Deliveries to UK addresses are sent on a next day, fully tracked delivery service as soon as the product is ready.  Limited editions and will require a signature on arrival. Overseas deliveries will be sent by courier service appropriate to the destination.

Due to the hand made nature of artwork by Simon Claridge, each item is bespoke and made to order.  We aim to dispatch the vast majority within 10 to 15 business days from time of order.  Our orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

If the dispatch of your print is delayed by more than 15 business days we will keep you informed of the expected dispatch date via email. You can then choose to either wait for the goods to be delivered, accept a refund or pick an alternative item from our stock.

Governing law

Your use of this web site and any purchase by you on this web site of any products will be governed by English law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.

Order acceptance

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Simonclaridge.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Returns

Simonclaridge.com will replace all damaged goods. However you must check your goods and email us within 3 working days of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You must keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from Simonclaridge.com. Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against our returns policy. Other returns In accordance with the European distance selling directive, Simonclaridge.com will supply you with a contract for each purchase you make on the site. If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days. You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund. Contracts can be concluded electronically, and the time at which the contract is concluded is determined by reference to the times at which your order (and Simonclaridge.com's acknowledgement) is deemed to be received (which is when we are first able to access it). Contests/games/events

All participants in any games, quizzes, contests, events or other such activities contained on the site must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to enter. Any territorial restrictions or other conditions must be complied with.

Limitation on liability

In no event shall Simonclaridge.com be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Simonclaridge.com has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
